Responsibilities

Take orders at the counter — POS is Toast
Expo plates to spec (sauces on the side, butcher paper, pickled onions garnish)
Run drinks from the bar to the tables
Bus and reset tables during the Saturday rush

Qualifications

Customer-facing experience (any industry)
Comfortable on your feet for an 8-hour shift
Cheerful — the mug-club regulars notice
