Why breweries park us

You pour. We feed. Both sides win.

Most brewery-food situations are scrappy at best, missing at worst. Here's what changes when we pull up.

01

Real food, every shift.

ServSafe-certified, every plate. Eve has been smoking BBQ since 2017 and on a ranch since '93. No reheated truck food. No mystery contractor crew. Same recipes at every stage stop.

02

We drive the new crowd.

Families and non-beer-drinkers we bring in lift your average ticket by ~$8/cover (Mash Mechanix Y1 data). Mug Club crossover gets your members a dollar off every Stage Stop sandwich; ours get a dollar off your draft. Loyalty works both ways.

03

Zero ops on your side.

We handle: permits, food-handler certifications, insurance, equipment, staffing, supply, marketing. You handle: a parking space, a hookup if available, a friendly hello. That's it.

04

Co-marketing built in.

Your brewery gets a permanent module on your location's page on our site. Your beers are paired with our menu items. Every email we send to local customers names you. Your taproom shows up in search results for "BBQ at [your name]" — high-intent traffic.

05

Flexible cadence.

Pick the model that fits: permanent food cart (like Urban Animal · Star Ranch — open with the brewery, seven days a week), weekend trailer (like Mash Mechanix — Thursday through Sunday), or pop-up (special events only).

06

Clean revenue share.

Standard deal: small base rent + revenue share above a threshold, paid monthly. Numbers are open-book — we'll share unit economics from our existing partners on a call. No surprises, no nickel-and-diming.

Three partnership models

Pick the one that fits your space.

Most breweries start at Tier 1 or 2. The path to a permanent cart usually unlocks at month 6 once we've proven the volume.

Pop-up
Special events only — anniversaries, tap takeovers, festivals. Our smallest commitment.
Pop-up
single event basis
  • Trailer rolls up for the event only
  • All permits, ServSafe, COI handled by us
  • Co-marketing on both sides
  • Flat event fee or revenue share — your call
  • Good way to test the partnership

From the breweries we feed

What our partners say.

Verified with the brewery owner. Every quote on this page is from a current partner. Reach out if you want to talk to any of them directly.

Our food situation before Stage Stop was a rotating cast of trucks that no-showed half the weekends. Eve's team showed up on time every Thursday for the first six months. Our weekend covers are up 30% YoY. Easiest decision we've made.

— Mash Mechanix Brewing · Year 2 partner
Owner, full quote on request

When we opened Star Ranch we needed a permanent food partner, not a truck rotation. Stage Stop pitched a full-time cart, branded as 'Urban Animal by Chef Eve Natasha' for the first year while we built trust. It worked. We just renewed for two more.

— Urban Animal Beer Co · Year 3 partner
Owner, full quote on request

Friday and Saturday have always been good. What changed with Stage Stop is Tuesday and Wednesday. Their BOGO Tuesday for Mug Club is pulling 60 covers on a night that used to do 12. That's pure margin.

Common questions

Brewery partner FAQ.

How does revenue share actually work?

Standard structure: a small base monthly rent (covers your operational cost — utilities, parking, sanitation) plus a revenue share above a per-month threshold. We share real numbers from current partners on the call.

Who handles permits and insurance?

We do. Every Stage Stop trailer/cart runs on its own permits, ServSafe certifications, and $2M liability coverage. We add your brewery as an additional insured on the COI. You don't pay for any of this.

What if it doesn't work out?

Standard contract has a 60-day exit clause on both sides. We've never been the side that walked. If something isn't working, we'd rather know early than at year-end.

Can we sell our beer at events you cater elsewhere?

Yes — Stage Stop catering events frequently feature partner-brewery beer. We coordinate with your sales team. Catering events are a meaningful brand exposure surface for partner breweries (we cater 350+ guests at events regularly).

Will you put our logo on your website?

Yes. Permanent partners get a dedicated module on their location's page, your beers named alongside our menu, and a link to your site. SEO benefit goes both ways — your name shows up in "BBQ at [brewery name]" searches.

What about exclusivity?

We don't ask for brewery exclusivity (we work with Mash Mechanix and Old Colorado City, both Colorado Springs breweries). You don't have to give us food exclusivity either — though most permanent partners do, because the consistent customer experience matters.

How long until you're a real partner?

First service is ~30 days from application. Permanent-cart partners typically renew at year-end. Two of our three current partners are on multi-year terms.
