The Cantina

The mothership. Where the recipes are written, the sauces are batched, and Eve hosts a Pit Master Tasting the first Tuesday of every month. Full bar, indoor seating, live music Saturday nights, the full menu plus three Cantina-only specials.
Mash Mechanix

Mash Mechanix was our second-ever brewery partner and the one that proved the model could work outside of the ranch. Six taps that rotate weekly, a back lot we share with a pinball arcade, and the friendliest crowd in the city by a wide margin.

Westside Colorado Springs, in the historic district. Brick buildings, shops up and down the block, and the friendliest karaoke night in town on Fridays. Family-friendly during the day.

Our permanent food cart outside Urban Animal Beer Co's southside taproom. Daily hours, dog-friendly patio, regular trivia Mondays, run club Tuesdays, music-video bingo Wednesdays. The cart that started as 'Urban Animal by Chef Eve Natasha' and is now the third stage stop.
