Our permanent food cart outside Urban Animal Beer Co's southside taproom. Daily hours, dog-friendly patio, regular trivia Mondays, run club Tuesdays, music-video bingo Wednesdays. The cart that started as 'Urban Animal by Chef Eve Natasha' and is now the third stage stop.

3629 Star Ranch Rd, southside Colorado Springs, at Urban Animal Beer Co's Star Ranch taproom. Open daily — the only daily-operational Stage Stop.

What beer pairs with the brisket at Star Ranch?

Star Ranch Pale (West Coast pale, 5.4%) with the pulled pork sandwich. Veterinarian (hazy IPA, 6.8%) with the burnt-end taco. Free Range Sour with smoked turkey.

Is there BBQ open Sunday on the southside?

Yes. Stage Stop at Urban Animal Star Ranch is open every Sunday — and every other day of the week. Full menu, full sauce lineup.

Is Star Ranch dog-friendly?

Yes. Urban Animal is dog-friendly by design — the patio is set up for it. Leashed dogs welcome anytime we're open.

Do you serve the Burnt-End Mac Bowl at Star Ranch?

Yes, every day. Same $15 price, same recipe — cavatappi, three cheeses, brisket burnt ends, scallion, crisped on the flat-top.

Can I bring kids to the Star Ranch location?

Yes. Family-friendly until 8p, with a grass area off the patio for kids to run while you finish your beer.

Is there indoor seating?

No indoor seating from us — the cart is parked outside. Urban Animal Beer Co. has indoor seating with heaters, and we share the patio. Heated and covered in winter.

Can I bring kids? Dogs?

Kids: yes, the patio is family-friendly until 8p. Dogs: yes, leashed on the patio anytime we're open.

Do you take cards?

Cards, contactless, and cash. Tips on the card go to the crew here, not the venue.

Can I cater out of this location?
