Air Force home-game tailgates — the logistics.

Air Force home games are the most-requested tailgate booking on our calendar. We deliver to the Falcon Stadium lots starting two hours before kickoff, set up at your tailgate spot, drop chafers, three sauces, plates, forks, napkins, and a stack of brioche. Pulled pork is the default tailgate meat — feeds clean, holds in the chafer through halftime, and the slider option works for guests who want to grab one between drives. Hot links are the most-ordered add-on; we cook them whole, slice on-site, brown mustard, pickled red onions. We pack out everything we brought. Coordinate with us on the lot number and the spot — we'll find you. If you want the smoker visible at the tailgate (it makes for photos), ask at quote; we'll quote the fee for parking the trailer for the full pre-game window.

Sunday watch parties at home — the easy spread.

Sunday afternoon watch parties for 20 – 60 people: BBQ Basics, drop-off at noon for a 1p kickoff. Pulled pork or brisket as the meat, mac and slaw as the sides, brioche on the side, three sauces. The chafers hold heat for 3+ hours; the food is hot through the first half, warm through halftime, fine for picking on through the second half. Add a hot link tray ($4/person line-item) for the people who want something to nibble between quarters. We don't stay; we drop and go. Most clients run this twice a season for the games they're hosting — we set up a recurring booking if you want it.

Switchbacks, Broncos, March Madness, and post-game spreads.

Switchbacks watch parties at downtown breweries: we work directly with the brewery on the food setup and you handle the beer side; drop-off only, no on-site staffing. Broncos road games (most home games families do their own thing): same as the Sunday-at-home spread above, just sometimes with a brunch-plus-football add-on (cornbread waffles, smoked beans, no spicy). March Madness brackets: drop-off lunch on Thursday or Friday of the first weekend; hot link sandwich, mac, slaw, cornbread; the lunch nobody complains about while pretending to work and watching tip-offs. Post-game spreads after rec-league championships, youth sports tournaments, club soccer tournaments: drop-off, kid-friendly, pulled pork sliders + mac + slaw + cornbread + lemonade.

Pair with a brewery

Beer that fits the event.

Air Force home-game tailgates: we coordinate beer pickup from Urban Animal · Star Ranch on Saturday morning so the kegs ride out with the smoker. One stop, no second errand.

Before you ask

Tailgate + Sports Game BBQ Catering FAQ.

Can you deliver to the Falcon Stadium tailgate lots?

Yes — give us the lot number and the spot. We arrive 2 hours pre-game, drop hot, leave. Pickup of chafers can be the next day if you don't want to load them out after the game.

What's the minimum for a Sunday watch party at home?

20 people for drop-off. Under 20 — order from the cart and pick up.

Can you do all spicy meats for a hot-wing-replacement crowd?

Yes — hot links plus brisket with extra Sweet Heat sauce on the side. Tell us at quote and we'll lean spicy.

Do you bring coolers / drinks?

We don't bring drinks. We can recommend brewery partners for kegs (Urban Animal · Star Ranch is closest to the Air Force lots). Soda and water are your call.

How fast can you turn an inside-the-week tailgate order?

Sub-50 people inside 4 days, usually yes. Over 100 inside a week, usually no — call us anyway, sometimes the smoker has the room.
