Weekly contracts — how the recurring lunch deal works.

We run weekly drop-off contracts for offices around Colorado Springs — Lockheed Martin, USAFA, Children's Hospital Colorado, a few of the downtown law firms. Standard cadence: one weekly day (Tuesday or Wednesday is most common), 40 – 480 headcount, individually boxed or buffet style. You give us a 6-week menu rotation, a single contact, and a recurring PO. We invoice net-30. Headcount confirms by EOD Friday for the following week, the smoker is loaded that Sunday, and we arrive in the lobby on the agreed day at the agreed time. No surprises, no missed deliveries. The recurring rate is cheaper than one-off pricing — most of our weekly clients are paying inside the BBQ Basics tier even when the menu rotates upward to include ribs or burnt-end mac. Email hello@stagestopbbq.com with `weekly` in the subject line and we'll set up a 20-minute call.

One-off all-hands, leadership offsites, and conference catering.

For one-off events — quarterly all-hands, leadership offsites, conference reception, sales kickoffs — we step up to the Pitmaster Spread by default. Two meats, three sides, dessert station, real platters, coordinator check-in 7 days before. We've fed 800-person all-hands at a downtown hotel ballroom (Full Smokehouse with on-site carving) and 40-person leadership offsites at a Garden of the Gods venue (Pitmaster Spread, drop-off, picnic-style on the lawn). The shape of the food doesn't change between 40 and 800 — the same 14-hour brisket, the same Carolina Gold, the same scratch sides — what changes is the service style and the staffing footprint. Quotes for one-off events come back in 24 hours on weekdays. The CateringQuoteForm on /catering captures the five things we need to quote: date, headcount, venue, service style, and dietary count.

Dietary inclusivity for mixed corporate audiences.

Every corporate package ships with vegetarian and vegan plates labeled at the line — smoked tofu plate (vegan), smoked mushroom and halloumi sandwich (vegetarian), or the just-the-mac bowl (vegetarian). GF buns free on request. We label every chafer and every box with the protein, the major allergens, and a GF/V/VG flag. For mixed conferences with a known halal or kosher count, ask at quote — we can sub in halal-sourced brisket with three weeks notice; we are not a kosher kitchen and won't pretend. The dietary count is the second-most-important number we ask for at quote, after total headcount. Get it close and we'll cook close; tell us 'eh, a few' and we'll cook for 15% of the headcount as the safe estimate.

Holiday party season — book by August.

November and December book hard and book early. The first Friday in December is gone by Labor Day every year. The second Saturday is gone by mid-September. If your office holiday party is locked to a specific date, get the quote in by August and the deposit down by September. Inside 30 days we can usually still help with a 50-person drop-off, but anything over 150 with full service inside that window means we're calling the smoker calendar and shrugging. The annual holiday party is also where most of our weekly-contract clients upsize — Pitmaster Spread or Full Smokehouse, on-site pitmaster, dessert bar, late-night taco add-on. Mention `holiday party` on the quote form and we route it to the holiday queue.

Before you ask

Corporate BBQ Catering FAQ.

Do you do individually boxed lunches?

Yes. BBQ Basics ships either buffet-style in chafers or individually boxed (compostable bowls, lid, fork, napkin) at no upcharge. Buffet is cheaper to clean up. Boxed is easier to walk back to a desk. Tell us at quote.

What's the minimum for an office lunch?

20 people for drop-off. Below that we'll point you at the menu — most teams under 20 just send someone to The Cantina with a card and a list.

Do you offer net-30 invoicing?

Yes, for recurring weekly contracts after the first month. One-off events: 25% deposit, balance due 7 days after the event. We accept ACH, card (3% processing fee added), and check.

Can you deliver to a downtown conference venue with a loading-dock window?

Yes — we'll work with the venue's loading-dock schedule. Send us the time window and the elevator-or-stair situation; we plan around it. Sub-30-minute load-in windows are doable, we just need to know in advance.

What's the discount for weekly contracts?

Roughly 10 – 15% off one-off rates, varies by headcount and menu rotation. The 18% gratuity still applies. Volume helps. Email hello@stagestopbbq.com with `weekly` and we'll model it out.

Do you cater to remote offices outside the 30-mile delivery zone?

Up to 90 miles with a delivery fee — quoted line-item by mileage and crew time. Denver-area corporate lunches we do, just with more notice (5 days vs 3 inside-city). Past 90 miles, we'll find you a local pitmaster we trust.
