Run the Mash Mechanix truck day-to-day. 4 staff. Friday/Saturday peak, lighter midweek. Own the cleanliness, the line speed, the brewery relationship.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the truck cleanly
- Manage three direct reports across the service window
- Liaise with the brewery taproom GM on Saturday crowd flow
- Hit the 8-minute ticket-time target during rush
Qualifications
- 2+ years food-service line experience
- Calm head under a 90-cover-an-hour rush
- Driver license preferred (the truck moves rarely but does move)
