Responsibilities
- Take orders at the counter — POS is Toast
- Expo plates to spec (sauces on the side, butcher paper, pickled onions garnish)
- Run drinks from the bar to the tables
- Bus and reset tables during the Saturday rush
Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience (any industry)
- Comfortable on your feet for an 8-hour shift
- Cheerful — the mug-club regulars notice
