Run the Mash Mechanix truck day-to-day. 4 staff. Friday/Saturday peak, lighter midweek. Own the cleanliness, the line speed, the brewery relationship.

Open and close the truck cleanly
Manage three direct reports across the service window
Liaise with the brewery taproom GM on Saturday crowd flow
Hit the 8-minute ticket-time target during rush

Qualifications

2+ years food-service line experience
Calm head under a 90-cover-an-hour rush
Driver license preferred (the truck moves rarely but does move)
