We book up eight to twelve weeks out in summer. Green is open. Amber means partially booked — drop-off still likely. Red is full. If your date is open, lock it.

How this calendar works
Pitmaster math, not a fantasy.
- Green. No bookings yet. Any package, any service style — drop-off or on-site with a pitmaster.
- Amber. One or two bookings already on the date. We can usually take a drop-off in parallel — message us first.
- Red. Three or more on the day. Triple-booked. We will gently steer you to a nearby date that still has runway.
- Cadence. The calendar refreshes every five minutes. A booking the pitmaster adds at 9:02 lands on the public page by 9:07.
All dates are Mountain Time. Saturdays in June, July, and August book first — Memorial Day to Labor Day is our peak.
